Role Description

- Assist in research, laboratory experiments, and product development projects.
- Conduct literature reviews and analyze scientific data.
- Support formulation development, validation studies, and technical documentation.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and project records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on innovation and commercialization initiatives.
- Full-time, on-site internship based in Mohali, Punjab.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scientific literature reviews and technology research.
- Assist in laboratory experiments and formulation development.
- Collect, analyze, and document research data.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations.




- Maintain laboratory records and follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Support product validation and technology evaluation.
- Collaborate with research and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Food Technology, Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Positive understanding of laboratory practices and scientific documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

*Preferred
- Prior laboratory or research experience.
- Familiarity with formulation development or analytical techniques.
- Experience with scientific databases (PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar).
- Interest in innovation, technology commercialization, and product development.
