Requirements
- 10–15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience building/scaling hiring in a high-growth or startup environment
- Strong leadership hiring experience
- Proven ability to partner closely with CXOs
- Solid hands-on execution and ability to close critical talent
- Immediate joiners preferred
