About MeScreenMeScreen is an cutting-edge health-testing company working with clinics, healthcare professionals and customers to deliver advanced testing services.
We support clinics with testing kits, guidance, customer support and marketing materials to help them offer MeScreen services effectively.
We are looking for a confident, organised and commercially minded Remote Sales, Marketing & Customer Services Executive to join our team.
Role OverviewThis is a fully remote, home-based role combining outbound sales, appointment setting, clinic support, marketing outreach and administration.
The main focus is generating new clinic opportunities for MeScreen. You will identify suitable clinics, speak with decision-makers and book qualified meetings for senior team members.
You will use telephone, email, LinkedIn and Instagram to introduce MeScreen and follow up with potential clinic partners. You will also support existing clinics, coordinate appointments, maintain records and assist with testing kits and administration.
Outbound Sales and Appointment SettingBusiness development will be the main priority.
Your responsibilities will include
- Researching suitable clinics, healthcare providers and medical professionals.
- Making outbound calls to prospective clinic partners.
- Identifying owners, directors, practice managers and other decision-makers.
- Introducing MeScreen clearly and professionally.
- Explaining the main benefits of working with MeScreen.
- Asking relevant questions to understand potential interest.
- Responding to straightforward questions and objections.
- Building interest and identifying genuine opportunities.
- Booking qualified meetings for senior members of the MeScreen team.
- Coordinating meeting times and sending invitations or reminders.
- Following up with clinics that have not responded.
- Reconnecting with prospects at suitable intervals.
- Following up after meetings and helping ensure next steps are completed.
The aim is to create useful conversations and consistently generate relevant meetings. LinkedIn, Instagram and Email OutreachYou will support clinic outreach through LinkedIn, Instagram and email. This may include:
- Identifying suitable clinic owners, doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Sending personalised connection requests and introductory messages.
- Starting professional conversations with prospective partners.
- Following up with interested contacts.
- Moving suitable conversations towards a call or meeting.
- Preparing and sending personalised introductory emails.
- Sending presentations, information packs, videos and meeting links.
- Supporting basic email and social-media campaigns.
- Keeping contact lists organised and up to date.
CRM and Lead ManagementAccurate follow-up and record-keeping are important. You will help maintain MeScreen's CRM, spreadsheets and lead-management systems by:
- Recording calls, emails, messages and follow-up activity.
- Keeping clinic and contact information up to date.
- Recording the status of leads and opportunities.
- Scheduling future follow-ups.
- Tracking booked, completed, cancelled and rescheduled meetings.
- Maintaining an organised sales pipeline.
- Recording meeting outcomes and next steps.
- Ensuring interested clinics are followed up.
- Providing senior team members with useful information before meetings.
- Preparing simple reports on outreach, responses and appointments.
Clinic and Customer SupportYou will also help support existing clinics, healthcare professionals and customers remotely.
Responsibilities may include
- Responding to calls and emails.
- Acting as a helpful point of contact.
- Helping clinics understand kit ordering and administrative processes.
- Supporting appointment coordination.
- Following up on outstanding information or documentation.
- Answering routine non-clinical questions.
- Resolving straightforward administrative issues.
- Ensuring clinics receive the information and materials they need.
- Escalating clinical, technical or sensitive matters when required.
Appointment ManagementYou will help coordinate appointments for prospective clinics, existing partners, customers and senior team members. This includes checking availability, booking and confirming meetings, sending invitations and reminders, rearranging appointments when needed, following up on missed meetings and making sure everyone has the relevant information beforehand.
MeScreen Kit and Inventory SupportPart of the role will involve helping coordinate testing kits and related materials. This may include:
- Keeping records of kits sent, received, used, returned or replaced.
- Coordinating dispatch with the relevant fulfilment team.
- Monitoring deliveries and following up on delays.
- Recording kit numbers, recipients and delivery status.
- Monitoring stock levels using spreadsheets or inventory systems.
- Helping ensure clinics have enough kits and supporting materials.
- Investigating missing, damaged or incorrectly dispatched kits.
- Coordinating replacement kits where authorised.
General Administration and Basic Financial SupportYou will also provide general administrative support across the business, including:
- Entering information into spreadsheets, databases and internal systems.
- Maintaining clinic, customer and supplier records.
- Preparing simple reports and documents.
- Organising digital files and folders.
- Monitoring tasks and deadlines.
- Maintaining internal records.
- Supporting senior team members with general administration.
There may also be basic financial administration, such as preparing invoices, recording payments, maintaining outstanding balance records, organising receipts and updating simple accounting spreadsheets. You do not need to be a qualified accountant, but you should be comfortable working carefully with numbers and records.
What We Are Looking ForCandidates should ideally have at least three years of experience in customer service, telesales, appointment setting, sales support, business development, lead generation or a similar role.
You should have

- Experience generating leads or booking appointments.
- Confidence speaking with clinic owners, doctors, healthcare professionals and senior decision-makers.

- Confidence using spreadsheets, CRM systems or databases.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, email, LinkedIn and Instagram.

- A reliable, responsible and proactive working style.
Useful ExperienceHealthcare experience is helpful but not essential. Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, CRM systems, social-media outreach, inventory administration or remote working would be useful.
Personal QualitiesThe successful candidate will be confident, friendly, organised and professional. You should be comfortable speaking with new people, persistent without being aggressive, good at following up and able to take ownership of your work.
We do not expect someone to know everything from day one. A willingness to learn and follow agreed processes is important.

Daily PrioritiesThe working day will generally prioritise outbound calls, follow-up and appointment booking, followed by LinkedIn, Instagram and email outreach, clinic support, appointment administration, kit coordination and record updates.
The main commercial priority will remain generating clinic conversations and qualified appointments.

EducationA university degree is not essential. Strong communication, sales ability, organisation and relevant experience are more important than formal qualifications.
