To support our Finance department in Asia-Pacific, we are
recruiting a Finance & Accounts Executive.

As Finance & Accounts Executive, your responsibilities, among others, will be the following:





Management of entire book keeping – AR:
Receivables Accounting
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement
Management of Customer Legers, Monitoring, Collections Debts assessment
Interaction with Sales on collectables and ageing review

Month Closing and GL :
Accounting for Expenses, Incomes for book closing
Creating provisions and write-off’s

Bank Co-ordination :
Preparation of BRS on weekly basis and reconciliation on month close
Receivable knocking off

Tax Filings:
Filing of GST Return – Outwards Before 10th
QTRLY reconciliation between GST portal Vs. Books
Graduated in Finance/Accounting, you have a first
experience
Good command of English
Positive command of Excel
Result and customer oriented
Strong listening skills
