Previous Releavant Work Experience : 5 to 10 Years

Required Skills :

· Transform Legacy Programs: Analyze and convert existing ECC ABAP programs, reports,

forms, interfaces and customizations to be compatible with S/4 HANA.

· Code Optimization: Refactor and optimize legacy code to leverage S/4 HANA's advanced functionalities and performance improvements.

· Data Migration: Assist in the data migration process by ensuring that custom programs and reports align with the recent data models and structures in S/4 HANA.

· Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of converted programs to ensure functionality,

performance, and compliance with S/4 HANA standards.

· Custom Development: Design, develop, and implement current ABAP programs, reports,

interfaces, and enhancements based on business requirements in the S/4 HANA setting.

· Integration: Work on integrating SAP S/4 HANA with other systems and applications as needed.

· Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developments and modifications.

· Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants,



and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective technical solutions.

o Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABAP development, with a focus on SAP ECC and

S/4 HANA environments.

Proven experience in converting legacy ECC programs to S/4 HANA-ready solutions.

Skills

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in ABAP programming language and related development tools.

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA, including data structures, tables, and

APIs.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori, CDS views, and other S/4 HANA-specific technologies is a plus.

Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques in the context of S/4 HANA.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and performance.

SAP ABAP Certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI) is advantageous.

Previous experience in Bluefield or similar S/4 HANA conversion projects is highly desirable.
