Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist passengers at the airport
Check-in and issue boarding passes
Handle baggage and cargo
Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
Provide information and assistance to passengers
Handle flight delays and cancellations
Monitor flight schedules and communicate with the airline staff
Coordinate with other airport staff for smooth operations
Handle customer queries and complaints
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures Requirements:




Minimum qualification of 10+2 or equivalent
