Location: Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Travel: Field-based role

Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and well-spoken Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction, industrial, chemical, or service sector. This role requires extensive field visits, client meetings, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities through field sales.




Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and track market trends.
Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
Experience in the construction, industrial, chemical, or service industry is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
