As a member of the ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and productive operation of the airport.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and arrival areas
Handle passenger inquiries and provide information on flight schedules, delays, and baggage
Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or elderly passengers
Check boarding passes and travel documents to ensure they are valid
Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure timely and safe aircraft turnaround
Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
Perform security checks on passengers and their luggage
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal and surrounding areas
Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner




Adhere to all airport and company policies and procedures.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or the aviation industry is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
Able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
Knowledge of basic computer skills
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance.
