Responsibilities
Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
Handle ticketing, reservations, and inquiries from passengers
Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
Assist with boarding and disembarkation of passengers
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and productive flight operations
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to passengers
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment




Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills
Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage when needed
