Position: Airport Ground Staff Company: Bluespirit Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Contract Details: Full time : Bluespirit is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures
Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from passengers
Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers
Coordinate with other airport staff, such as pilots and flight attendants, to ensure a secure and timely departure
Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the flight
Maintain a clean and organized airport terminal
Adhere to all safety and security protocols and regulations
Assist with loading and unloading of baggage and cargo
Handle cash and process payments for excess baggage or other services
Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities
Complete administrative tasks, such as preparing flight reports and updating passenger records




Continuously strive to provide exceptional service and contribute to a positive and welcoming airport experience for all passengers Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
Basic computer skills
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
