Responsibilities
Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival
Check and process passengers' tickets and travel documents
Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations
Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Assist with baggage handling and loading/unloading of cargo
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely operations
Maintain a clean and organized work area




Provide wheelchair assistance to passengers with special needs
Conduct security checks and screenings as required
Assist in the boarding and deplaning of passengers
Monitor flight schedules and make necessary announcements
Collaborate with other ground staff to ensure on-time departure of flights
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Participate in training and development programs as required Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and energetic environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of basic computer skills
