About the Role:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Faculty to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and assessment of Hospitality F&B; (or) Housekeeping courses, aligning with industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of F&B; (or) Housekeeping operations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for student success.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective teaching materials aligned with TAFE NSW curriculum and industry standards.
Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including lectures, demonstrations, workshops, simulations, and industry placements.
Assess student learning effectively through a range of methods, including written assignments, practical assessments, presentations, and projects.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their progress and performance.
Maintain accurate student records and academic documentation.
Supervise and mentor students during practical training and industry placements.

Requirements

Qualifications:




Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in F&B; (or) Housekeeping operations.

Skill Set:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Robust organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS)
Experience with online assessment tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
