About the Role

VirtualTeam Finserv Private Limited is looking for motivated and result-oriented Relationship Managers for our Middle East Debt Collection Process.

The role involves managing customer accounts allocated by leading financial institutions, communicating with customers regarding overdue financial obligations, understanding their financial circumstances, and working towards suitable repayment, settlement, or resolution options within defined client and compliance guidelines.

Candidates with experience in banking collections, credit cards, personal loans, auto loans, or other financial products will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle assigned debt collection portfolios.
- Contact customers through approved communication channels regarding overdue accounts.
- Understand the customer's financial situation and identify suitable repayment solutions.
- Negotiate payment arrangements, settlements and repayment plans within approved guidelines.
- Follow up on Promise to Pay (PTP), broken commitments and pending settlements.
- Maintain professional and respectful customer communication at all times.
- Update customer interactions, commitments and collection activity accurately in the system.
- Achieve assigned collection, contactability and resolution targets.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders,



Managers and support teams for difficult or escalated accounts.
- Ensure adherence to client policies, compliance requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and banking information.

Candidate Profile

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in handling customer conversations and payment negotiations.
- Target-oriented with a solid focus on achieving results.
- Basic understanding of banking, loans, credit cards or financial products will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in Debt Collection / Recovery / Banking Collections / Financial Services is preferred.
- Experience handling UAE or Middle East customers/accounts will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Good English communication skills are essential.
