Designation - Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager Sales

n Salary - Upto 5.5 LPA + Unlimited Incentives + Bonus

n Key Responsibilities

n

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
n
- Generate leads through self-sourcing, referrals, and existing members.
n
- Meet customers face-to-face, understand their needs, and present membership plans.
n
- Conduct sales presentations, handle objections, and close deals.
n
- Support new members with their first holiday booking and generate referrals.
n
- Maintain daily sales activity reports and build strong customer relationships.
n

n Requirements

n

n
- Graduate in any discipline
n
- Minimum 6 months' experience in Direct Sales, Field Sales, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, Telecom, Hospitality, or other high-value product sales
n
- Strong communication and convincing skills
n
- Comfortable with field sales and customer meetings
n




- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible with rotational week-offs
