Role:
Provide Pre-Sales and Post Sales Application support to customers
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct Technical Product Pre Sales demonstration
Complete Post Sales training to customers
Conduct Technical Seminar at customer place
Planning and executing online customer/user engagement activities like EDMs, Webinars
Requirements
Experience
0 to 3 Years (Freshers with exceptional drive and enthusiasm to quickly learn may also be considered)
Domain Expertise
Must be a self-starter and technically excellent
Possess robust oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRMs
Regular reporting and communication to reporting manager
Frequent travel in the assigned territory is expected.
Qualification
BE / BTech or Diploma in : Electronics / Instrumentation / Electrical.
