Job Summary

QUDE Mart Pvt. Ltd. (Brand: ZOLU) is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to manage and grow sales operations across Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, and Chhattisgarh.

The RSM will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, developing distributors and dealers, expanding market presence, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned states.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's distribution network.
- Develop new dealers, distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Increase market penetration and brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

Team Management
- Lead, manage, and motivate the regional sales team.
- Set individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular guidance.
- Conduct regular field visits with team members.
- Ensure effective territory and beat planning.
- Recruit and train sales personnel when required.

Distributor & Channel Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.




- Ensure regular primary and secondary sales.
- Monitor distributor stock, outstanding payments, and order cycles.
- Resolve channel-partner issues and ensure smooth business operations.
- Identify and appoint suitable distributors in uncovered territories.
- Expand and strengthen the company's hosiery/undergarment distribution network.

Market Expansion
- Conduct regular market visits across Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, and Chhattisgarh.
- Identify potential markets, towns, districts, and territories for expansion.
- Develop strategies to increase product availability and visibility.
- Ensure proper product placement and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Collect and report market intelligence and competitor information.

Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track achievement against sales targets.
- Provide regular updates to senior management.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and support timely collection.

Mandatory Industry Experience
- Candidates must have relevant experience in hosiery, innerwear, or undergarment distribution and sales.
- Experience with established brands such as Lux, Rupa, Dollar, Amul, or similar hosiery/innerwear brands will be highly preferred.




- A strong and active distributor/dealer network in Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, and Chhattisgarh is mandatory.
- Candidates without relevant hosiery/undergarment industry experience and an established distribution network will not be considered.

Required Skills
- Strong distributor and channel management experience.
- Leadership and team-management capabilities.
- Excellent knowledge of the hosiery/undergarment market.
- Robust market knowledge of Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, and Chhattisgarh.
- Ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the hosiery/innerwear/undergarment industry.
- Prior experience handling a multi-state territory will be preferred.
- Candidates with an established distributor/dealer network across the assigned states will be given priority.
