: MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE - Responsible for development & shaping of different therapy areas, product cycle management, need assessment for new product launch and positioning, team and talent development, data and concept generation, planning, and execution of medico- marketing activities, key opinion leader management and ensuring business compliance. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy - Lead Medical Affairs activities in assigned territory

- Consolidate and communicate trends, market insights, and unmet needs identified in the field Operations - Positively impact external perceptions and knowledge regarding TA and product science
- Maintain and demonstrate comprehensive and in-depth scientific TA knowledge when executing assigned tactics
- Ensure operational excellence - medical initiatives
- Training to internal team - Onboarding, induction, refresher Data generation & dissemination - Provide Local input & coordinate in providing support for studies & publications
- Provide briefing to Speaker HCPs for Medical Education Program




- Represent company at Medical Education events, programs, meetings Stakeholder engagement - Develop and execute KOL engagement plans
- Identify and engage recent KOLs
- Identify and interact with influential members of the Medical community (HCPs/KOLs) within assigned territory and TA QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education MD - Pharmacology and MBBS Education Level Major/Field of Study Medicine Experience/Background - Minimum 2 years The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
