, Permanent Position: Boarding Gate & Check-in Staff Bluespirit, a leading airline company, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as Boarding Gate & Check-in Staff. This is a full time, permanent position located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist passengers at the boarding gate and check-in counter
Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures
Check-in passengers and their baggage, collect fees if applicable
Handle seat assignments and upgrades
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
Process and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Adhere to safety and security protocols at all times
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent




Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Fluent in English and local language
Basic computer skills
