Sales: Originating loans, achieving sales targets, and developing and implementing sales plans
Collections: Collecting from overdue customers and ensuring timely collections
Customer service: Providing regular service to customers, resolving customer problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Staff management: Hiring, training, and retaining staff, and providing feedback and coaching
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and adhering to company policies and guidelines
Risk management: Assisting risk and credit teams in portfolio risk management, and ensuring proper verification and valuation of collateral securities
Budgeting: Managing the branch budget, allocating funds, and defining financial goals
Marketing: Planning, conducting, and monitoring marketing activities to ensure business growth
Branch maintenance:



Ensuring the branch is well-maintained and that all necessary infrastructure is available
Reporting: Creating and maintaining weekly reports on operations and sales

Requirements

Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience in branch management roles within the financial services sector, preferably in gold loans.
Robust understanding of gold loans, deposits, debentures, and insurance products.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
Sound knowledge of NPA management and risk mitigation
