About the internship

As a Recruitment Consultant Intern at Jobs Territory, you will have the prospect to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of recruitment and human resources.

Your role will involve collaborating with our team to source top talent, manage candidate relationships, and support our clients in their hiring needs. Your English proficiency will be put to the test as you communicate effectively with both candidates and clients. Your knowledge of LinkedIn marketing will also be utilized as you help us enhance our online presence and attract a larger pool of candidates.

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings
- Manage candidate relationships and provide updates throughout the recruitment process
- Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics
- Utilize LinkedIn marketing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Assist in drafting job postings and updating job descriptions as needed
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the recruitment team
