Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Business Head – Casting & Machining (B2B Industrial Components), based in Puducherry. The role involves overseeing casting and machining operations, managing production schedules, and ensuring quality standards for industrial components.

The Business

Head will drive business development in B2B markets, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet revenue targets. Daily responsibilities include supervising cross-functional teams, monitoring project timelines and budgets, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also includes strategic planning,



performance tracking, and reporting to senior leadership on operational and business outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor casting and machining operations and related business initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Marketing and Public Relations skills to support B2B business development, client communication, and brand positioning in industrial markets.
- Candidates should possess Broadcasting and Drama-related skills where relevant to presenting, negotiating, and delivering impactful business pitches or stakeholder presentations.
- Candidates should have proven experience in manufacturing or industrial components, preferably in casting and machining, with a track record of leading teams and managing operations.
- Candidates should have excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, business administration, or a related field is preferred; advanced qualifications in operations or business management are an advantage.
