Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing IT Recruiter who can drive end-to-end hiring for our India-based technology teams. This role requires strong ownership, speed, and the ability to consistently deliver quality candidates for niche Data, GenAI, and Engineering roles.

What You’ll Do:

- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across India.
- Deliver fast, high-quality candidates for Data Engineering, Data Science, GenAI, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, and Analytics.
- Build strong pipelines using LinkedIn, Naukri, internal databases, and other sourcing platforms.
- Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, experience, and organizational fit.
- Drive interview coordination, feedback follow-ups, salary discussions, and offer closures.
- Maintain discipline on recruitment trackers, ATS updates, and hiring reports.




- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver relevant profiles.
- Consistently meet sourcing, interview, and closure targets.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3–5 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring for Data, GenAI, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, and other niche technology roles.
- Experience working in an IT Services / IT Consulting / Technology Services environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to understand and recruit for technical and niche requirements.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work 4 days from office.

Good to Have:

- Prior experience in Data/AI/GenAI-focused hiring environments.
- Experience hiring for global technology teams.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python, SQL, PySpark, Databricks, AWS/Azure, Machine Learning, LLMs, and Generative AI.
- Experience working with ATS, recruitment MIS, and hiring dashboards.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
