- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with clients/candidates.
- Maintain recruitment pipeline and hiring records.
- Achieve monthly hiring and closure targets.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in recruitment/hiring is mandatory.
- Positive communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Experience with job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
