Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Team Leader- Real Estate and take your sales career to new heights! We're seeking experienced sales professionals with a passion for real estate to manage and grow our client relationships. Real estate experience is a plus, and knowledge of Dubai properties is highly desirable.

Job location:- Whitefield, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow existing client relationships in the real estate sector
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,



understanding their needs and preferences
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, acquisitions, and property management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
- Knowledge of Dubai properties is highly desirable
