WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Source and close real estate barter deals across commercial and residential categories
- Identify and onboard real estate developers, brokers, and corporate clients onto the platform
- Build and leverage a solid real estate network to generate leads and close high-value transactions
- Pitch barter solutions consultatively—understanding client needs and structuring win-win deals
- Manage the full deal lifecycle — from prospecting to negotiation to closure
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets aggressively
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide regular forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams (category, operations, finance) to ensure seamless deal execution
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai District)
