Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries related to residential projects. Coordinate with prospective buyers and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans. Arrange and manage site visits for clients.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful sales closures. Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for home loan processing. Assist clients in documentation related to loan approvals and property booking.

Maintain solid relationships with clients, channel partners, and bankers. Prepare sales reports and update customer databases regularly.
