Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Consultant role based in Ahmedabad.

The Real Estate Sales

Consultant will engage with potential buyers and investors, understand their requirements, and present suitable residential, commercial, and investment property options.

Responsibilities include conducting property visits, coordinating with developers, managing leads, and following up to close transactions while maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tools. The role involves providing advisory aligned to client budgets,



supporting negotiations, and ensuring smooth documentation and transaction processes. The consultant will also contribute to market research, participate in sales meetings and training, and uphold the company’s standards of ethical, customer-centric service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Real Estate Sales and Sales skills, with proven ability to generate leads and close transactions.
- Candidates should possess solid Real Estate market knowledge, including local Ahmedabad projects and investment opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship building and client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess the ability to participate in or deliver Training related to products, processes, and market updates.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, both verbal and written.
- Comfort with on-site client interaction, property visits, and fieldwork in Ahmedabad.
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.
- Prior experience in real estate sales or related consultative selling roles is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; business or real estate-related studies are an advantage.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and willingness to work in a performance-driven environment.
