Kanish Realty is expanding its Coimbatore network and is looking for motivated, well-connected Real Estate Sales Agents to work independently while representing our growing real-estate platform.

What you will do

- Source residential, commercial, land, plot, villa, and rental property opportunities across Coimbatore.
- Build relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, investors, builders, and local brokers.
- Generate and manage your own leads through networking, referrals, social media, field visits, and local outreach.
- List and market verified properties through Kanish Realty channels.
- Conduct property visits and client meetings.
- Understand buyer and tenant requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Coordinate negotiations, documentation, and transaction follow-up.
- Keep property, lead, and customer information updated accurately.
- Uphold transparent, ethical, and professional real-estate practices.

Who we are looking for
- Based in or strongly familiar with Coimbatore and its key micro-markets.
- Experience in real estate, sales, business development, insurance, banking,



or local brokerage is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, client-handling, and follow-up skills.
- An existing local network of owners, buyers, builders, investors, or brokers is a major advantage.
- Self-driven, trustworthy, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Access to a smartphone and local travel capability; a two-wheeler or car is preferred.
- Tamil fluency is essential; English communication is preferred.

- This is an independent contractor / channel-partner opportunity, not a salaried employment position.
- 100% performance- and commission-based compensation. No fixed salary.
