Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience specializing in ReactJS and modern web development. The candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive user interfaces. This is a full-time, on-site role in Indore requiring an immediate or short-notice joiner.

Key Responsibilities

- UI Development: Build modular, reusable, and high-quality frontend components using React.js and up-to-date JavaScript (ES6+).
- State & API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs/GraphQL and manage complex web application state using Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
- Performance Optimization: Diagnose and optimize application speed, cross-browser compatibility, and overall rendering performance.
- Collaboration: Translate Figma/Adobe XD wireframes and designs into pixel-perfect code while coordinating with back-end engineers and product managers.
- Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain clean, well-documented codebase standards.





Technical Skills & Requirements

- Core Stack: 3–5 years of professional experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/Tailwind CSS.
- State & Data: Expertise in state management tools (Redux Toolkit, Context API, MobX) and asynchronous API integration.
- Modern Tools: Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Webpack/Vite, Git/GitHub, and npm/yarn.
- Testing & Tools: Familiarity with Jest/React Testing Library, Chrome DevTools, and UI design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
- Methodology: Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development environments.

Key Eligibility Criteria

- Notice Period: Immediate joiners to maximum 15 days notice.
- Work Arrangement: 5 days/week working from our Indore office (On-site requirement; no hybrid/ no remote option).
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
