Salary Up to - Rs 40K per month
Location: Remote/Bengaluru
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research on target companies and prospects.
Initiating conversations via cold outreach to generate interest is a plus.
Track buying signals (like funding, current hires, or M&A;) to find timely opportunities.
Build and manage targeted account lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Maintain and enrich CRM data to ensure accuracy for sales outreach.
Skills Requirements:
Solid research skills.
Previous experience as a BDR or in an Inside Sales role is highly preferred.
A background in or understanding of the recruitment/hiring industry is highly preferred.
Proficiency with various research and outreach tools.
Positive communication skills
