Develop analytical frameworks to support the company’s expansion into new markets and products.
Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of new products, features, and business strategies.
Identify operational weaknesses and recommend improvements or innovative processes to enhance team efficiency.
Ensure continuous optimization of support team processes to maximize operational effectiveness.
Stay updated with industry trends and adapt to changing business needs by learning recent tools and methodologies.

Requirements




Analysis of both high-level and granular (category and/or product specific) business trends
Experience in data processing, data analysis, and automation.
Robust proficiency in advanced SQL, and data visualization tools Tableau/Power BI
Experience in Python.
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and the ability to design, execute, and interpret tests.
Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
Strong communication skills and experience in documenting and presenting data findings.
