Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads for Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery across targeted international markets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B diamond jewellery segment.
Build and maintain solid relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key clients.
Work closely with the Sales team to strengthen the sales pipeline and improve conversion rates.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product pitches to drive revenue growth.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion.




Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery industry.

Requirements
4–12 years of experience in Sales & Business Development in the Diamond Jewellery industry.
Prior exposure to Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery is mandatory.
Solid experience in lead generation and B2B client acquisition.
Valuable understanding of international markets and pricing dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and target achievement skills.
