Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of a manufacturing enterprise with international linkage. The CFO will be responsible for strategic planning, financial governance, compliance, risk management, IT oversight, and stakeholder coordination. This leadership role requires solid analytical acumen, team management, and the ability to work in a energetic, multinational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Leadership
Develop and execute financial and tax strategies aligned with business objectives
Support tactical and long-term strategic initiatives
Manage capital allocation, budgeting, and financial forecasting




Define and monitor performance metrics supporting business strategy

Operations & Control
Oversee accounting, tax, legal, treasury, and investor relations
Monitor working capital development and financial health
Supervise and challenge improvement programs and cost-saving initiatives
Manage third-party vendors and outsourced functions
Provide leadership in key business decisions as a member of the executive team
Support financial activities of smaller group entities

Financial Reporting & Compliance
Ensure timely monthly closings, board reporting, and group MIS
Oversee statutory compliance: Stock Exchange filings, annual reports, cost audits, and transfer pricing
Provide detailed margin, cost, and profitability analysis by product group
Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and corporate governance standards
