About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Business Development Managers (Field Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proven track record of exceeding targets. You will be responsible for promoting our subscription-based AC solutions to small businesses, engaging B2B customers, and achieving sales goals in your territory.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 7–10 cold visits daily within the B2B segment to engage potential customers
Educate prospects about our products/services and demonstrate their value
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently
Ability to influence and connect with diverse business owners
Sales Skills: Effectively present and demonstrate B2B solutions
Relationship Building: Foster lasting client partnerships
Target-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed sales metrics
Communication: Strong interpersonal and people skills
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: 3–5 years in field sales
Languages: English and Hindi required; Marathi is a plus
Self-driven, energetic, and goal-focused
Able to work independently and as part of a team
