RBM Developer – Telecom Billing

We are looking for an experienced RBM Developer with strong expertise in IRB/RBM (Intec/Oracle Revenue Management & Billing) and hands-on experience in Telecom Billing and Integration. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical knowledge of telecom billing systems and experience working on end-to-end billing implementations, enhancements, integrations, and production support.

The candidate should be comfortable working with Eclipse-based development, telecom billing platforms, integration frameworks, and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, develop/enhance applications, and support implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, enhance, and maintain applications using IRB/RBM.
- Work on E2E Telecom Billing processes and provide functional/technical solutions.
- Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Perform requirements gathering, system analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application enhancement.
- Develop and troubleshoot integrations between RBM and other telecom/BSS/OSS applications.
- Work on integration with telecom billing products such as Amdocs, Kenan, Oracle BRM, IRB/RBM,



or similar platforms.
- Participate in application enhancement, defect fixing, production support, and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, architects, QA teams, and other technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot billing and integration issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Contribute to technical documentation, solution design, and implementation activities.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in IRB/RBM.
- Hands-on experience with Eclipse IDE/tool and RBM development.
- Strong knowledge of Telecom Billing / Revenue Management and E2E telecom billing processes.
- Experience integrating RBM/IRB with telecom/BSS products such as Amdocs, Kenan, Oracle BRM, or similar platforms.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, system analysis, design, development, enhancement, and integration.

Positive-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Oracle BRM / Amdocs / Kenan.
- Telecom BSS/OSS integration experience.
- Knowledge of rating, charging, billing, invoicing, mediation, payments, and revenue management.
- Experience with APIs, web services, middleware, or enterprise integration.
- Production support and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of telecom Order-to-Cash / Lead-to-Cash processes.
