Role Description The RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Contract) will provide training services, including psychological assessments, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions for diverse client populations. The role involves applying research-informed therapeutic techniques, participating in multidisciplinary case discussions, and contributing to ongoing quality improvement of clinical protocols. The clinical psychologist will also provide psychoeducation,



preventive mental health guidance, and, where required, clinical supervision to junior practitioners or trainees.

This is a contract-based remote role that requires consistent availability, adherence to professional boundaries, and a strong commitment to client-centered care.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessments.
- Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and risk management.
- Experience in Clinical Supervision, mentoring, or guiding junior clinicians or trainees in ethical and effective practice.
- RCI License as a Clinical Psychologist (mandatory), with a M.Phil/Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with diverse populations.
- Comfort with delivering services via digital platforms and maintaining confidentiality and data security in remote settings.
- Strong organizational skills, skilled integrity, and the ability to work independently within structured clinical protocols.
