Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist located in Jamnagar. The role involves monitoring and inspecting brass fasteners, electrical plug pins, socket pins, and switchgear parts throughout the production process to ensure they meet internal and customer quality standards.

The Quality Assurance

Specialist will perform routine quality checks, maintain inspection records, support root-cause analysis of defects, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. The role includes collaborating with production teams, supporting internal and external audits,



and helping to implement and maintain quality procedures and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. The Specialist will also assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability, reduce rejection rates, and strengthen overall quality management systems.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance for manufacturing environments.
- Experience with Quality Management practices and systems, including documentation and process improvement.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) relevant to industrial and component manufacturing.
- Ability to conduct Quality Auditing activities, including internal inspections and compliance checks.
- Familiarity with brass components or metal manufacturing processes is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and capability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with production and engineering teams.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, quality, or a related technical field preferred; relevant experience in a similar role is highly valued.
