Developed content calendars and campaign narratives for digital and social media platforms.
Ensured accuracy, clarity, and compliance with government communication guidelines and protocols.
Collaborated with design, digital, and campaign teams for integrated communication campaigns.
Conducted research on government schemes, policies, and initiatives to develop impactful content.
Assisted in developing pitch documents, campaign proposals, and communication strategies for government projects.
Managed multiple content requirements simultaneously while maintaining consistency in tone and messaging.

Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications ● Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing,



or a related field.

● 5+ years of experience as a Copywriter or Content Writer with proven bilingual writing skills (English & Hindi).

● Robust experience in managing multiple projects, campaigns, and content requirements simultaneously.

● Excellent portfolio showcasing ad copies, campaign ideas, digital content, scripts, and long-form writing.

● Exceptional command over language with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.

● Robust understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and digital content strategy.

● Excellent proofreading, editing, and attention-to-detail skills.

● Strong research, conceptualization, and storytelling abilities.

● Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and social media management tools is an added advantage.

● Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage deadlines efficiently.
