Job Overview:

The Director – Treaty is responsible for driving the sales and business development of treaty reinsurance products. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of treaty reinsurance, market trends, and sales strategies.

Job Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies for treaty reinsurance products to meet business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and reinsurance partners.
Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in treaty reinsurance.




Collaborate with underwriting and risk teams to ensure competitive and compliant treaty offerings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy.

Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in treaty reinsurance sales, with a robust understanding of the industry.
Proven track record of driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills.
Robust leadership and team management abilities.
