Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for building works, renovations, and fit-outs.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to refine project budgets.
Assist in tender preparation and evaluation.
Monitor project costs against estimates and provide regular reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in building and construction cost estimation, preferably at the corporate level.
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and market rates.
Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
