Technical/Functional Competency:
Should demonstrate excellent inter-personal and communication skills, and be able to communicate in a way which assists understanding.
Should demonstrate analytical skills to organize plan of action for teaching, research, clinical and administrative work.
Should demonstrate experience in initiating and conducting research independently with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Must have a working knowledge of the use of personal computers
