Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary (ACS) with solid hands-on experience in listed company compliances, SEBI, Stock Exchange and ROC/MCA filings. The candidate should be capable of independently managing corporate secretarial and regulatory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle listed company compliances independently.
- Manage SEBI and Stock Exchange compliances.
- Handle ROC/MCA e-filings and Companies Act compliances.
- Prepare notices, agendas, board papers and minutes for Board/Committee meetings.
- Manage XBRL filings, SDD and Stock Exchange filings.
- Maintain statutory registers, records and corporate governance documentation.
- Coordinate with ROC, SEBI, NSE/BSE, auditors and legal advisors.
- Advise management and the Board on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely compliance.

Mandatory Requirements
- Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) with ICSI membership.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.




- Current/previous experience with a Listed Company/Listed Entity.
- Strong practical knowledge of Companies Act and SEBI Regulations.
- Hands-on experience in ROC/MCA e-filings.
- Hands-on experience in Stock Exchange compliances and filings.
- Practical knowledge of XBRL Filings and SDD.
- Strong drafting, communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to independently handle secretarial and compliance activities.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
