Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute end-to-end test plans for Salesforce/Fonteva business workflows.
- Validate system functionality, business processes, and AMR workflows across integrated platforms.
- Test Salesforce configurations, including Flows, validation rules, permissions, record types, layouts, reports, and Lightning Experience.
- Validate REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, data mapping, error handling, retries, and reconciliation.
- Support data migration, conversion, source-to-target validation, and exception testing.
- Perform smoke/regression testing after sandbox refreshes and workplace changes.
- Validate Flow/Apex-driven logic, asynchronous processing, and role-based behavior.
- Support sprint reviews, demos, functional walkthroughs, and release validation.
- Create reusable QA assets, test matrices, Postman collections, checklists, and detailed defect reports.
- Collaborate with business, product, development, integration, SRE, InfoSec, and QA teams to ensure quality and business alignment.
