About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with strong React and AI/LLM experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing scalable backend applications using Python, building modern frontend applications with React, and integrating Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered solutions into production applications.

This is a hands-on development role for someone who can work across the backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and AI/LLM integration layers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Integrate LLMs and Generative AI capabilities into applications.
- Work with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Develop AI-powered features such as conversational interfaces, intelligent search, summarization, classification, and content generation.
- Work with Prompt Engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and LLM workflows.
- Integrate AI models with existing applications and business workflows.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
- Write clean,



maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and production support.
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML, LLM, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Technical Skills

Backend – Python
- 3–5 years of hands-on Python development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming and object-oriented concepts.
- Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Strong experience in REST API development and third-party API integrations.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming is preferred.

Frontend – React
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
- JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development.
- Experience integrating React applications with REST APIs.
- Understanding of state management and modern React development practices.

AI / LLM
- Hands-on experience working with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or equivalent.
- Positive understanding of Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Understanding of embeddings and vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate,



Qdrant, or Chroma.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is preferred.
- Understanding of tokenization, context windows, hallucinations, temperature, and model limitations.
- Experience building or integrating AI-powered features into production applications.

Database & Development Practices
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Git/GitHub/GitLab experience.
- Understanding of CI/CD and basic cloud concepts.
- Familiarity with Docker is preferred.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with AI agents or agentic workflows.
- Experience with model evaluation and LLM performance optimization.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts.
- Experience building SaaS or enterprise applications.
- Cybersecurity product/domain experience is an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:
- Has 3–5 years of genuine hands-on development experience.
- Has strong Python development experience along with React.
- Has practical AI/LLM implementation experience, not just theoretical knowledge.
- Can independently develop APIs, integrate frontend applications, and implement AI functionality.
- Has experience taking features from development through testing and production.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced product engineering environment.
- Demonstrates strong ownership, problem-solving, and technical curiosity.
- Is willing to work onsite from our Jaipur office.
