We are currently seeking a Customer Handling Executive to join our team at the Jaipur airport. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with potential for growth within the company. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing information and answering any questions they may have
Check-in passengers and their baggage, ensuring all necessary documents are in order
Handle any customer inquiries, complaints, or issues in a professional and timely manner
Assist with boarding and de-boarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of passengers
Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers
Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a seamless customer experience




Maintain a clean and organized work workplace at all times
Adhere to all safety and security protocols, as well as company policies and procedures Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Fluency in English and Hindi, additional languages are a plus
