Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry & Verification: Input and validate background verification data accurately within defined timelines.

• Documentation: Organize, maintain, and update candidate records and reports in the system.

• Quality Checks: Perform regular quality checks to ensure error-free data processing.

• Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams for data-related queries and clarifications.





• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate and client data at all times.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–1 year of experience in BGV or data entry roles (Freshers with positive typing skills can apply).
Typing speed of 35–40 WPM with high accuracy.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and data handling tools.

• Robust attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced and deadline-driven environment.
