Key Responsibilities
Making quotations and sharing the same on mail to customers.
Entering the orders received in Jewellery Software.
Good understanding of costing and pricing manually in Jewellery.
Coordinate with the production team for orders.
Making sure the orders are dispatched on time.
Customer coordination.
Good understanding of shipment building and shipment release.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.

Requirements




HSC+ , Graduate is preferred
3+ Years of experience in jewellery industry
Good Experience of EMR is must
Experience in Export Market
Good communication skills - English and Hindi
Valuable Grip in Excel
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement and loyalty.
