A leading Restaurent, Catering, Food & Bakery manufacturing company with 15 years of industry presence is looking for a Purchase Manager to join their team.

Location: Malappuram, Kerala

Position: Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies.
- Manage day-to-day procurement operations and supervise the purchase team.
- Handle supplier management, negotiations, pricing, and contracts.
- Maintain supplier database, purchase records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock requirements.
- Ensure all purchased items meet quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor market trends and forecast demand for required materials.
- Oversee supply chain operations, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Identify new suppliers to secure competitive rates and better quality.
- Prepare cost estimates and manage purchase budgets.




- Train and guide team members while ensuring KPI achievement.

Requirements

- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchase Manager.
- Robust knowledge of procurement, inventory, and supply chain management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
