Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchasing Executive role based in Malappuram.

The Purchasing

Executive will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and tracking purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services required for solar projects.

Executive will coordinate closely with project, warehouse, and finance teams to align procurement with operational needs and budget constraints.



Daily tasks also include monitoring inventory levels, supporting vendor evaluation, and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Management and Procurement, including vendor sourcing and negotiation.
- Candidates should possess skills in handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Candidates should possess transparent and effective Communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of basic inventory control, cost analysis, and ERP or procurement software is beneficial.
- Prior experience in purchasing or supply chain, ideally in solar, energy, or construction-related industries, is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Malappuram, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
