Qualifications

- Ability to manage inventory, track purchase orders, and use Tally ERP and ERPNext or purchasing software for accurate data and reporting.
- Analytical skills for cost comparison, market research, and identifying opportunities for savings without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with production, sales, quality, and logistics teams.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a structured approach to documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Bhiwandi, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong experience in procurement or purchasing management within manufacturing, printing, or packaging industries, with knowledge of flexible packaging and/or flexo printing materials.
- Skills in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and contract management, including building and maintaining long-term supplier relationships.
